EVANSTON, ILL. — Kerrygold, a subsidiary of Irish dairy cooperative Ornua, is debuting a line of ready-to-eat cheese sticks, the brand’s first snack offering.
The product is designed to function as a quick snack, an easy addition to school lunches or a charcuterie board inclusion. Kerrygold’s cheese snacks feature eight individually wrapped cheese sticks, in flavors like aged cheddar and Dubliner, with 5 grams of protein and under 100 calories per 0.75-oz serving.
“The Cheese Snacks range is an exciting addition to Kerrygold's cheese portfolio, as well as an entry into the ready-to-eat snack category,” said Alexandra Vinci, brand manager at Kerrygold. “We're thrilled to now have a Kerrygold option for busy parents and kids, as well as all of the on-the-go snackers and brand fans alike.”
Kerrygold’s cheese sticks are now available in retailers like Whole Foods Market, Wegman’s and Giant Foods. The snacks join the brand’s existing dairy product portfolio that includes more than a dozen varieties of all-natural cheeses and butters.
