SAN ANTONIO — Martin C. Ruebelt, Ph.D, the chief scientific officer for NatureSweet, has been appointed to the Food Science and Technology Leadership Board at the University of California, Davis.
The board is an external advisory group that supports the UC Davis Food Science and Technology program.

“An accomplished scientific leader, Dr. Ruebelt has more than 20 years of experience in the agricultural industry,” NatureSweet said. “He has led NatureSweet’s innovation, research, and development teams for the last year and a half and his extensive leadership track record also includes roles at other agricultural companies such as Sensei Ag, Bayer, and Monsanto.”
