Recipes in the illustrated Soy Foods Guide demonstrate why soy is a valuable plant protein.
There’s even a shopping guide for finding soy ingredients and products in local grocery stores, and a composition chart to compare the calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber in your favorite soyfoods.
Food professionals, social media influencers and culinary students have contributed recipes to the guide. Inspired soy desserts include the Mixed Berry Delight featuring tofu.
