SAN FRANCISCO — Low-carb, high-protein, plant-based instant ramen brand immi has gone beyond its instant ramen line and is introducing ramen toppings.

Immi was launched in 2021 by Kevin Chanthasiriphan and Kevin Lee to offer a better-for-you ramen line after experiencing chronic health issues in their families. Since launching, its product line has grown from ramen packets to ramen cups and ramen toppings.

The ramen topping’s first product is a 13-oz, 70-plus serving veggie topping mix featuring seven vegetables: cabbage, carrot, tofu skin, champignon mushroom, chive, corn and tofu. The mixes feature 20 calories, 25 mg of sodium and 3 grams of total carbohydrates.

“Ramen toppings have been a top product request from our customers and community,” Chanthasiriphan said. “(And) we’re excited for ramen lovers everywhere to elevate their bowls.”
