At the Specialty Food Association’s Summer Fancy Food Show June 23-25 in New York, Saputo Dairy USA showcased three new products.

Montchevre Goat Cheese

Saputo is bringing two new Montchevre Goat Cheese flavors to retail stores this fall.

One is a partnership with Mike’s Hot Honey, which has the flavor of the hot honey evenly distributed throughout the goat cheese for the perfect bite every time.

The partnership came about because Mike Kurtz, the founder of Mike’s Hot Honey, often paired goat cheese with his product when cooking.

The other Montchevre flavor coming is Cold Brew & Donuts, which has a flavor mixture of cold brew coffee and cinnamon cake donut.

Treasure Cave

Saputo’s new Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese line of products are an entry point into blue cheese for consumers who might be turned off by the sharp taste and the texture of traditional blue cheeses, said Saputo’s Jenny Englert.
