In Supermarket Perimeter's August issue, we highlighted three innovative products that are new to the fresh perimeter. You can read this story and more in our digital issue here.

Immi

Ramen specialist Immi’s latest innovation is ramen topping. The first product in the line is a 13-oz, 70-plus serving veggie topping mix featuring seven vegetables: cabbage, carrot, tofu skin, champignon mushroom, chive, corn and tofu.

Essential, a line of USDA organic bread products, has released an artisan bread kit for baking at home. The baking kits come in three varieties: Garlic, Parmesan and Sourdough. Customers can find the bake-at-home kits at Whole Foods Markets across the United States at a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $6.99 per loaf.

Butterball LLC

Butterball LLC is refreshing its packaging for the first time since 2018. The new line aims to upgrade consumer shopping experiences through incorporating consistency to the look and feel across all product lines. Easy-to-read labeling, a bright blue design and an interactive QR code come together to boost shopper engagement with the brand.

Café Valley

Café Valley has rolled out a new line of Girl Scout Cookie-inspired mini cupcakes, available in five different flavors. The 12-count mini cupcakes will be available at select grocers nationwide. Flavors include S’mores, Adventurefuls, Coconut Caramel, Lemon and Thin Mints.
