Coborn's Inc., a St. Cloud, MN-based retailer, debuted its redisgned store concept with the opening of its Insanti, MN, location last month.

According to Chris Coborn, the company's president and chief executive, the new store model is the result of Coborn's reacting to changing customer demands.

"The store really focuses on our fresh perimeter departments, yet has all the everyday essential grocery items that any guest routinely shops for at a grocery store," he said, in a release.

The two-story, 45,000-sq-ft store features a centerpiece deli that serves made-to-order entrees, a soup and salad bar and other grab-and-go options. it will also have an expanded produce and meat counter and an in-store Caribou Coffee.
