HOUSTON —  At the 2024 International Dairy Deli Bakery Association’s (IDDBA) show June 9-11, Melissa Trimmer, Dawn Foods' corporate executive chef, demonstrated an easy way to glaze donuts.

The demonstration featured the company's Majestic ready-to-finish frozen donut line. Watch the video above to learn more.

This month, Trimmer was inducted into the American Academy of Chefs (AAC), the honor society of the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
