HOUSTON — At the 2024 International Dairy Deli Bakery Association’s (IDDBA) show June 9-11, Melissa Trimmer, Dawn Foods' corporate executive chef, demonstrated an easy way to glaze donuts.

This month, Trimmer was inducted into the American Academy of Chefs (AAC), the honor society of the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
