A British-based specialist in cheese, olives and charcuterie is bringing its products to the U.S.
As of September, cheese-and-olive packs from unearthed are being sold in Bristol Farms retail grocery stores in Southern California.
Unearthed’s lineup of European olives and cheeses available at Bristol Farms include:
- Olives and gouda – queen green olives combined with Dutch gouda and cumin seeds;
- Mixed olives with provolone – green and black Greek olives with Italian provolone mixed with Italian herbs (parsley, marjoram, basil, sage, oregano, thyme);
- Olives with manchego and chipotle – Spanish manzanilla with sheep’s cheese manchego and a chipotle dressing; and
- Olives with red fox cheese – Greek Halkidiki olives with Red Fox cheese from Leicestershire, England, and a chipotle puree.
Unearthed was founded in 2008.
