Chicken salad sandwiches sold in convenience stores and vending machines in four states have been recalled because of undeclared allergens on labels.
Ooltewah, Tennessee-based Great American Deli recalled Premium Chicken Salad Wheatberry Sandwich products because their labels don’t include two ingredients, eggs and soy. Sandwiches were distributed in Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee and Georgia.
The 6.4-ounce products are from lot number 17 198.
As of Oct. 6, no illnesses connected with the affected product had been reported.
