Grocery retailer Food Lion is recalling chicken tenders sold in its deli departments because of an undeclared allergen.

The recall covers Chicken Tender Party Platters and 4-, 8- and 12-count Homestyle Chicken Tender products, which are sold at all Food Lion stores in North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. The tenders contain milk, which was not listed in the ingredients.

The recall covers product with sell-by dates of Oct. 16 through Oct. 20. The party platters shipped under UPC PLU # 5976, the 8-counts under 6009 and 6010, the 12-counts under 7010 and 7011 and the 4-counts under 6007 and 6008.
