Blue Evolution offers a line of seasonings and pastas infused with seaweed grown on the company’s own on-shore farms near the Pacific Ocean. Products include penne and rotini pastas, shells and cheese, and a classic marinara seasoning blend.
Ocean’s Halo, a maker of seaweed snacks, is introducing a line of ready-to-serve broths made with organic kelp stock. Available in ramen, miso, Thai coconut, pho and veggie varieties, the broths are rich in vitamin D and iodine.
Ocean’s Balance is launching shelf-stable kelp puree for chefs, manufacturers and consumers to use in soups, sauces, smoothies and more.
