Ocean Beauty Seafoods has rolled out three new products under its Echo Falls brand and has another on tap for the spring.

Smoked Norwegian Atlantic Salmon, Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon Candy and Hot Smoked Rainbow Trout all come in 4 oz packs and are in retail cases now.

Smoked Scottish Atlantic Salmon, set for an April release, comes in both 4 oz and 7 oz sizes.

All Echo Falls products are free from artificial colors and preservatives and are flavored with real smoke.
