Schuman Cheese has introduced a slate of new Cello fontinas hand-rubbed with spices and naturally aged for 60-plus days.

The new flavors include Tuscan, Harissa, Dijon & Herb, Creamy Dill, Bergamot & Hibiscus, Smoky Pepper and Mayan Cocoa Coffee. Schuman says the fontinas are perfect for melting, snacking and adding to sandwiches.
