BOISE, IDAHO – Albertsons Companies, Inc., has teamed up with Nuance Communications, Inc., to deploy Nuance’s Intelligent Engagement Platform to the retailer’s online grocery platform.
Nuance’s software offers virtual assistant and chat solutions that can deliver real-time support to customers grocery shopping online via the web and mobile apps. The artificial intelligence (AI) powered platform assists customers throughout their shopping online experience.
