CASTROVILLE, CALIF. — Ocean Mist Farms, the leading grower and marketer of fresh artichokes in the United States, has named Jeff Hutterer director of value-added sales and Christa Schuck sales representative.

Hutterer will be responsible for developing value-added business for Ocean Mist. Prior to accepting the position, Hutterer served as director of retail sales at Mann Packing.

Schuck will work closely with Joseph Angelo, Ocean Mist’s sales director, to develop the company’s foodservice customer portfolio. Prior to joining Ocean Mist, Schuck served as senior director of foodservice sales / national account manager at Tanimura & Antle Fresh Foods, Inc.
