NEW YORK — At the Specialty Food Association’s 2022 Summer Fancy Food Show on June 13, 5 Generation Bakers introduced a new Jenny Lee Swirl Bread product.
Launching in two months is a ready-to-serve, thaw-and-sell bread pudding made from Jenny Lee Cinnamon Swirl Bread.
Baked in small batches, the nostalgia-inducing bread pudding has both the textures of custard and artisan bread intertwined, according to the company.
5 Generation Bakers also showcased a returning seasonal flavor that was launched in 2021, the Jenny Lee Pumpkin Pie Cinnamon Swirl Bread.
The pumpkin pie flavor is unique in that there is no water used in the formulation, just heavy cream and pumpkin, said Dale Biles, director of sales development at 5 Generation Bakers.
