BRENHAM, TEXAS — Del Sol Food Company, Inc., the producer of Briannas Fine Salad Dressing, has named Antonio Vazquez vice president of operations.

Mr. Vazquez takes over the role from Sherald Bell following Mr. Bell’s retirement at the end of the year.

“Antonio has been an excellent addition to our executive team,” said Scott Eckert, chief executive officer and president of Del Sol. “He is experienced in building high performing manufacturing processes, and we look forward to his contributions as we focus on innovation and driving growth into the future.”

Mr. Vazquez brings more than 15 years of industry leadership experience to the role, holding positions such as senior vice president of operations for NatureBest Precut & Produce, LLC, vice president of operations for Pero Family Farms Food Co. LLC’s facility in Florida and director of engineering and operations for Pero.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
