CHICAGO – Boursin unveiled its latest cheese, Black Truffle & Sea Salt, which the brand described as a creamy, crumbly combination of real cheese and rich truffle flavor.
“We’re thrilled to offer consumers the showstopping new limited-edition flavor, Boursin Black Truffle & Sea Salt,” said Jamee Pearlstein, brand director for Boursin. “Over the past few years, both Boursin and truffle have dominated the culinary scene, so it was an obvious choice to blend our signature, creamy cheese with the distinct flavor, to elevate any recipe or charcuterie board.”
The cheese brand recommended incorporating the product with polenta bites and flatbread, as well as making it the centerpiece of a cheese board.
The new flavor will be available at retailers throughout the United States through the end of this year, Boursin shared. Per Boursin, it releases a limited-time cheese nearly every year that is geared toward the latest food and consumer trends.
