After opening the day on Nov. 29 at $31.55 per share, the stock price fell nearly 4.5% to close the day at $30.46 per share.

According to the Federal Register, the final rule goes into effect on Feb. 12, 2024.

The company said all three countries combined provide approximately 30% of the world's trade flow and 13% of total crop production.

The funds are being used to strengthen the agricultural supply chain and lower food costs.
