Grupo Bimbo has several programs and lines of action to encourage employees to be their best selves and give back to their communities through social investment donations, the Good Neighbor Program and volunteering. 

Participation in the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program rose in the 2022 fiscal year, marking the first increase in participation in more than a decade, according to the US Department of Agriculture.

The program is based on data from the Center for Talent Innovation that concluded that 62% of disabled employees have a disability that is not visible and that most of them (97%) reported that they don’t feel comfortable disclosing their disability to their employers.
