The company has outgrown its current 27,000-square-foot facility in Miamisburg, prompting the addition of a nearby 10,500-square-foot facility that will house office spaces and R&D.

A layoff WARN Notice confirmed the decision to the state of Illinois.

Last year, the company said it planned to add more than 150,000 square feet of space to the plant, which makes the company’s appetizer products primarily sold under the SeaPak and Farm Rich brands.

The company said it will close the locations at the end of its fiscal year April 26.

The meat producer expects to close on April 26.

This expansion will create 51 new manufacturing jobs in Hamblen County, Tenn.

The company expects most operations to be done on March 1, but decided to extend the marinated raw breading operations until April 6.  

According to ProMach, its acquisition of Zacmi will extend the company’s portfolio and reinforce its position in the packaging equipment market.
