GREENSBORO, NC. — Sippin Snax Gourmet Bar Snacks, a maker of seasoned peanuts and snack mixes designed to pair with wine, beer and cocktails, has partnered with Boston Beer Co. to launch Samuel Adams Boston Lager Craft Peanuts.

The product was developed as part of the Samuel Adams Brewing the American Dream program, which was created in 2008 by Boston Beer Co. founder Jim Koch to support food and beverage entrepreneurs.

Since its inception, Brewing the American Dream has collaborated with Accion Opportunity Fund and other non-profit organizations to loan more than $99 million to more than 4,100 small business owners in the food, beverage and hospitality industries and provide coaching and mentorship to more than 14,000 entrepreneurs, helping to create or maintain more than 9,000 jobs, according to the company.

Sippin Snax hit the market six years ago under the name Hops and Nuts, served in breweries and wineries across the country. As the pandemic instantly shuttered such establishments, the business was repositioned for direct-to-consumer and grocery store sales.

The brand’s assortment of seasoned peanuts includes Beer Salted, Chocolate Porter, Savree Herb, Vineyard Red and Lager ‘N Lime. An additional offering, Peppa Snax Craft Mix, combines roasted peanuts and miniature pretzels flavored with a blend of five peppers and fresh hops, and honey hop sesame sticks. Each product is balanced to complement a specific pour.
