WEST NYACK, NY — Abe’s Vegan Muffins, a best-selling vegan and allergy-friendly bakery item brand, is expanding its distribution footprint to Safeway’s 250 Northern California locations. 

Safeway will begin offering Abe’s Vegan Pumpkin Spice and Cranberry Orange Mini Muffins (12-Pack) early this October. 

“Abe’s dad knows firsthand the stresses and difficulties that come with grocery shopping for a family with different dietary needs, especially when safety is at play,” said the brand’s founders, Joseph and Marty Koffman. “He hopes that options like Abe’s will allow allergy parents to spend less energy worrying about making sure their kids are happy and safe, and more time creating wonderful memories. Working with retailers like Safeway makes our goal possible.”
