The Organic Ground Pork is sourced from the company’s own vertically integrated farms. North Country Smokehouse oversees every step of production from farm to fork to ensure responsibly raised meat. Its pork is Certified Humane, raised without cages or crates, free from antibiotics and added growth hormones, and meets California’s Proposition 12 standards.

The Organic Ground Pork is crafted with a balanced lean-to-fat ratio that is ideal for everything from backyard burgers to skillet scrambles to hearty meatballs, according to the company.
